Quotes and prices

We do not publish prices. Quotes are given on request, depend on variety, grade, season and destination, and are valid for the period stated in the quote.

Orders

An order is agreed when we confirm it in writing. Quantities, specifications, delivery date and delivery terms are stated in the order confirmation.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Payment terms are stated in the quote or order confirmation.

Delivery and complaints

Flowers are perishable. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any complaint in writing, with photographs, within the period stated in the order confirmation.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, except where the law does not allow this.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
