Who we are

What we collect

When you send a wholesale enquiry we receive the details you enter: company name, business email, country or market, flower type and your message. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and, where relevant, carry out an agreement with you. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before an agreement and our legitimate interest in running a B2B trading business.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions and technical server logs. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta's own terms apply to that service. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries no longer than needed to handle them. Business records are kept for the period required by Dutch law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction or objection to its use, and data portability. Write to us at the email above. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
